"Rīgas satiksme" opens new customer service

On December 18 "Rīgas satiksme" opened a new customer service centre in Riga, at Vienības gatve 117. For customers’ convenience, the new service centre will be open every day (including Saturdays and Sundays) from 9.00 till 21.00, offering the full range of services. Here customers can receive "Riga resident’s cards", "Pupil’s e-cards" and the status which gives them the right to fare discounts, buy all types of e-tickets, as well as to solve different issues related to e-tickets.

"Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres are located at Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 76b and Kurzemes Avenue 137 and in Vienības gatve 117a. They are open every day from 9.00 till 21.00 (including Saturdays and Sundays). The additional customer service centres in the premises of "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks" are located at Gobas Street 6a, Baltāsbaznīcas Street 52, Maskavas Street 168, A.Deglava Street 106/4, Brīvības Street 430a, Mārtiņa Street 7, Tilta Street 11 k-1 and Aglonas Street 39. The customer service centres located in the premises of "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks" are open every day from 9.00 till 21.00 (including Saturdays and Sundays). There are also customer service centres in the premises of Riga’s Eastern (Austrumu) Executive Board at Daugavpils Street 31 (open on workdays from 8.30 till 20.00) and Riga’s Pārdaugava Executive Board at Eduarda Smiļģa Street 46 (open on workdays from 8.30 till 20.00) and at Dzirciema Street 26 (open on Mondays from 8.30 till 18.00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 till 17.00 and on Fridays from 8.30 till 16.00).
